Delete your RoutineAI account

This page explains how to delete your RoutineAI account and the personal data linked to it. You can delete your account from inside the app, or request deletion by email without reinstalling the app.

No app needed

Don't have the app installed? Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete your account and all associated data for you, within 30 days.

Or email us directly at support@routineai.me

Send your request from the email address linked to your RoutineAI account so we can verify it's you. If you write from a different address, we'll ask you to confirm from your account address first.

Delete in the app

Fastest

Open RoutineAI, go to Settings → Delete my account, then confirm. Your account and personal data are erased immediately.

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play — cancel your subscription there before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.

What gets deleted

Deleted permanently when your request is processed:

Your account and sign-in credentials (email and any Google/Apple login links)
Your profile (name, gender, skin tone, skin type, sensitivity)
Your health information (pregnancy/breastfeeding, medications, conditions, sensitivities, procedures, retinol use)
Your preferences and app settings
All routines (AI-generated and active), routine history, and completion records
Skin scores and every uploaded photo (profile avatar, routine/analysis photos, product-scan photos)
Products you added to your account
Consent records, credits, in-app subscription records, and rewards (XP, streaks)

What we keep — and why

Retained for a limited time, for legal compliance only:

An anonymized audit entry recording that a deletion request was made and honored — your user ID is removed. Kept as proof we complied with data-protection law.
Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. billing/transaction records under tax or consumer-protection law), kept only for the statutory period and then destroyed.

Your photos and health data are destroyed immediately and are never part of this.

Timeline

In-app self-service deletion: account and personal data are destroyed immediately on confirmation.
Web / email requests: honored free of charge within 30 days (KVKK Art. 11).
